"I Love You" is a lie

"I love you"   
The words never meant anything to her. Of course, she smiled along and played the game. She nodded her acknowledgment and occasion would whisper those words back.   
"I love you"   
No you don't. You never loved her. You love someone else. She could tell that written on the floors, the ceilings, the carpets... everything on this house that you have built together, it says facade... fake. Charade, a game. That's all that this marriage is.

My Mothers FlowersSpringtime is here again  And the sun is melting the snow away  Just as it had once melted away the pain.  The flowers my mother would plant  would peak up from under the dirt  and welcome to warm rays of the sun.   
It was days like that where I would feel as though  God was smiling down on me.   
My mother would spend hours in the garden  planting seeds of the flowers that she loved  
as a girl.  I would watch her intently, and ask questions about  the seeds that she was planting.  I remember asking her, why she named her plants  and she looked at me and said &n My Mothers Flowers

So, since this is the first journal that I've ever posted on DeviantArt, I figure I should probably introduce myself... And I better make it good, because first impressions are the ones that stick.

I'm Sheena, I'm nineteen, and I'm a tattooist/piercer. I will not be posting any of my work because all things I do within the parlor go towards advertisement of my place of work. I'm sure I could nudge my boss into allowing me to share my work, but, that's not why I joined dA.

I got insanely bored with posting my writings on Myspace, and LiveJournal, so I decided to take it to a place where people are actually going to read it because they want to read it. Not because I complained until they finally obliged. Reading what I write shouldn't be a chore.

I'm in an amazing band. If you want the URL or, if you want to here the message, just inbox me and I'll be more than happy to provide you with the URL.

I'm engaged, actually, to whitelynx, who also has a DeviantArt account. He's an amazing photographer, you should go check him out.

Overall, I'm enjoying DeviantArt. It's a very nice place =)

Well, I've picked up many instrument, but that doesn't mean I play them all the time. My main is guitar, but I also do Trombone, Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute, Piano, Drums, Bass, Cello and Oboe.

Oh dear, can we say ... *awkward*

Actually, I have a funny story, I'm in a band, and we do shows like twice a month.

My drummer ended up cracking his knuckle open on stage, and inevitably it started to bleed. He started the licking the blood off and realized that there was a really scary looking woman in the front row that was practically orgasming. Chris spent the rest of the show hiding behind his drumset :lol:
